Not because they lack value, but because they do not have visibility in systems that prioritize the monumental, the marketable, or the exceptional. From overlooked community archives in Denmark to fragmented oral histories in Namibia, and endangered memory in conflict zones — heritage disappears slowly, through neglect and silence. Anyone should have the right to preserve what matters to them — whether a lullaby, a recipe, a traditional tool. CultureCache offers a fun and decentralized, participatory way of documenting culture that values memory over monument, inclusion over prestige. CultureCache is more than a tool — it's a gentle intervention. A reminder that heritage lives in people, not policies, and that its survival depends on platforms that are open, accessible, and deeply human.
